NelsonFIDIC Project Awards 2021

 

The FIDIC Project Awards recognise and celebrate projects submitted by FIDIC member firms, Associates and/or Affiliates that demonstrate outstanding projects where FIDIC member firms have had a major involvement and provided consulting engineering and project management services on excellent projects of all types and all sizes. Project entries should:

- Promote the key FIDIC principles of Quality, Integrity and Sustainability

- Help publicise the work of consulting engineering firms and the contribution they make to quality of life

- Encourage others to understand and support FIDIC principles

- To demonstrate best practice in governance and leadership in projects of all sizes around the world

- The contribution of consulting engineering firms to projects that enhance sustainability, economy, impact on environment and the social community and quality of life

 

To enter the FIDIC project awards the submitted projects should have been completed in the last 5 years. Projects can include refurbishments, decommissioning etc. and are not just limited to new infrastructure. Submissions should also have not have been submitted previously and if found to have been will be disqualified. 

A maximum of 15 entries will be accepted from each country. If more than 20 entries are received from one country, priority will be given to those endorsed by the corresponding FIDIC MA over those presented by Associate Members, which in turn will have priority over those presented by Affiliates.

Winners of the FIDIC Project Awards will be presented digitally on the evening of 13 September 2021 as part of the annual FIDIC International Infrastructure Conference.

The closing date for entries for the awards is 28 July 2021.
