This webinar, organised by the Business Practice Committee, will look at the results of the committee’s recent work investigating the response of the industry to the Covid pandemic. This work included a survey to better understand the new and evolved challenges faced by consulting engineering firms in their internal environment with respect to their staff, facilities, and best practice corrective actions. Firms globally have had to adapt to the changed business and workplace environment caused as a result of the pandemic and the ongoing efforts to keep it at bay and this webinar will offer insights into best practice in the post-Covid world that all those working in the construction and infrastructure sector are having to get used to.
