Course overview
The course is designed to help the participants expand their knowledge and confidence in working with FIDIC’s major construction contract forms whether representing Employers, Consultants or Contractors. The online course mainly focuses on contractual mechanisms, project management features of FIDIC’s major contract forms and best practices.

Admission criteria
Having attended FIDIC Contracts Introductory Course or having previous practical knowledge of FIDIC contracts is recommended. This online course requires a good level of English and access to a computer with an internet connection.
Learning outcomes
This training course will allow you to:
- Gain expert knowledge in the management of FIDIC contracts
- Gain a deep understanding of the FIDIC contracts clauses and their practical application to real projects
- Actively participate in 'hands-on' workshops and discussion sessions
Teaching method
Live online sessions + homework on case-studies
The course is comprised of 9 sessions of approximately 2 hours duration each.

Official FIDIC certificate
A Certificate of Completion will be provided by FIDIC to the participants having attended all events/sessions either live or recorded and having responded to all of the assignments on the FIDIC Academy eLearning platform. The participants who do not meet this requirement will not receive a certificate.
Content on eLearning platform
Participants will have access to the recordings and learning material for 3 months after the course end date.

- Plant and Design-Build Contract 2nd Ed (2017 Yellow Book, Reprinted 2022 with amendments)

Cost
Euro 1600 per participant
