“Enabling parties, their representatives, Engineers and Dispute Board members to understand and manage the DAB process.”
This special two-day event has been designed to provide an up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of the principles, framework and workings of Dispute Adjudication Boards in the FIDIC Contracts and the application of Dispute Board rules and procedures.
This workshop clearly explains the procedures and application of the Dispute Adjudication requirements under these contracts, providing a comprehensive understanding of DAB processes and procedures, together with in-depth practical knowledge and problem solving scenarios.
This FIDIC Contracts Module 3 DAB Workshop programme has been designed to be highly practical and includes active participation in ‘hands-on’ workshops and discussion sessions. The workshop leaders are highly qualified in their experience of DABs and the FIDIC Contracts.
