Post-Conference Workshop on FIDIC Main Contracts on March 26, 2015
The FIDIC forms of Contract are becoming the international reference for construction contracts around the world, including Latin America. The use of the FIDIC forms of Contract sometimes requires the local industry to adapt to a different way of managing the construction process.
This workshop is focused in 4 areas where the FIDIC forms may require local practitioners to understand this different management approach. Each session will include practical exercises where the participants will have to draft clauses and discuss alternatives.
