Short summary experiences
I have accumulated over 20 years of experience in infrastructure and mining projects within an international context, actively engaged in both design and construction supervision. I have assumed responsibility for overseeing and designing infrastructure projects with values reaching up to €210m (construction supervision and management) and €400m (design). Over the past 15 years, I have successfully navigated the challenges and complexities of diverse maritime and port projects across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Caribbean. Whether serving as a Project Director/Manager or as an expert in contract management (FIDIC rainbow suite 1999 and 2017 ed., ENAA contract forms), port planning, and geotechnics, my expertise has been consistently demonstrated. My involvement in contract management and dispute resolution dates back to 2007, when I took on the role of Resident Engineer on a Landfill Construction Site in Scotland. From 2009 to 2011, I played a pivotal role as the Owner’s Representative and Project Manager in a port modernization project in West Africa. Since 2018, I have held the position of the nominated FIDIC Engineer (FIDIC Red & Yellow Book 1999 & 2017) in various transport infrastructure projects. In this capacity, I have issued numerous decisions and determinations and actively participated in DAB/DAAB proceedings. Additionally, I share my knowledge by lecturing and teaching others about contract management.
