"Dušan Cvetković is a civil engineer and construction law professional specialising in international construction disputes, claims, and alternative dispute resolution. With more than 15 years of experience on major civil engineering and water-infrastructure projects across the Western Balkans and Central Asia, he has worked through the full project lifecycle in roles including Site Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Construction Manager, Branch Manager, and Contract & Claims Specialist. Dušan has extensive experience in adjudication and dispute boards (DAB/DAAB/DB), acting both as adjudicator and as counsel/quantum expert on standing and ad-hoc boards for large infrastructure and utility projects. He has also participated in numerous international arbitrations under ICC and UNCITRAL Rules, including disputes connected to sewerage networks, wastewater treatment plants, water supply systems, navigation and transport projects, and joint-venture or consortium arrangements. Across these matters, he has supported parties and tribunals in proceedings, and he acts as an expert witness in arbitration when required. He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Belgrade and an LL.M. in Construction Law and Arbitration from Robert Gordon University (UK). He also completed a Professional Diploma in Forensic Schedule Analysis, strengthening his capability in delay causation, responsibility assessment, and quantification of financial consequences. Dušan is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
