Short summary experiences
I have over 18 years of experience managing the various components of project controls, both on contractor and client side. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, I held positions with Technip, ECP and Saipem._x000D_
I have been extensively involved in the set-up, management and development of activities of project control: budget and cost control, planning, contracts and subcontracts administration, risk management, analysis of key performance indicators._x000D_
As such, I developed a comprehensive knowledge of issues relating to cost, scheduling, procurement, risk and contract management within the construction project industry. _x000D_
In my time as Client and Contractor, I focused on estimation and managing complex procurement bids, developing and managing claims as well as dispute resolution tools and strategies._x000D_

I worked on greenfield onshore oil&gas, offshore modular process, mining and port projects, civil infrastructures, from engineering to commissioning, and have a large experience of technical and industrial problematics._x000D_
I have a large experience testifying in ICC arbitrations as delay and quantum expert and have been selected by the Who’s Who Legal as being among the world’s leading Consulting Experts since 2018.I also act as sole independant expert or arbitrator on request._x000D_

I enjoy working in dispute prevention, through the delivery of trainings, helping companies with projects due diligence and process improvements on planning, cost and contract disciplines. I am trained and act as a dispute board member, with an extreme focus on dispute prevention._x000D_
