FIDIC announces successful Future Leaders Management Programme graduates for 2021

FIDIC has announced the names of the successful candidates who have graduated this year from its industry-leading Future Leaders Management Programme (FLMC).

The FLMC is an engaging online management learning programme for young rising engineers and other consulting professionals. Its focus is to strengthen the business expertise of young engineers and other professionals working in the field of consulting engineering. It also offers networking opportunities and an insight into FIDIC global activities. The programme entails a mix of case studies and webinars followed by an examination at the end of the process.

This year’s programme started in March and the final examination was run in mid-August on the new FIDIC Academy training platform. A minimum of 12 correct answers over a total of 18 questions was required to obtain the certificate of completion. In total this year, 46 students successfully passed the examination and will receive their certificates shortly.
