Expression of Interest for FIDIC dispute avoidance advisory panel 

To promote dispute avoidance in infrastructure projects, FIDIC is creating a dispute avoidance advisory panel and is inviting qualified and experienced industry practitioners to apply for its membership.  

The role of the FIDIC Dispute Avoidance Advisory Panel shall be to identify and anticipate market needs, examine, and observe the latest trends and developments in dispute avoidance arena, provide guidance and help FIDIC to develop its approach to FIDIC dispute avoidance service and offerings.  

FIDIC Dispute Avoidance Advisory Panel shall comprise a panel of experienced adjudicators, dispute board members, mediators, conciliators, consulting engineers, legal or other practitioners, legislators, and/or academics from different parts of the world, who are experienced and knowledgeable in applying dispute avoidance techniques and are active in engineering, construction, and infrastructure industry.  

The members of the group will be appointed for 2- or 4-year term on honorary basis and will work closely with FIDIC contracts team. If you meet above criteria and are interested and available to contribute to this important task, please apply by filling out the form below.
