FIDIC continues to expand its contract resources with new translations of key documents being completed on a regular basis. FIDIC is keen to make its standard construction contracts available to users across the world and translating these market-leading documents is a key task for the organisation.

The majority of the recent translations focus on the latest updates of the 2022 Rainbow Suite contract editions. FIDIC’s member associations have been playing an important role in the compilation of these translations and in addition, FIDIC is also grateful to the World Bank and the European Organisation for Nuclear Research CERN and the ongoing partnership to translate FIDIC contracts into Portuguese, French and Spanish.
