FIDIC /ICC Conference on International Construction Contracts & Dispute Resolution

FIDIC and ICC will hold their annual joint Conference in Tbilisi, Georgia, a gateway between Asia and Europe.

Internationally renowned engineers, construction arbitration specialists and in-house lawyers of leading companies in the field will share their practical experience and knowledge on the FIDIC contracts and the related procedures for claims and disputes, Dispute Boards and ICC Arbitration in construction cases.

This two-day conference, led by international experts in the fields of construction and dispute resolution, focuses on both substantive and procedural issues.

Learning outcomes include comprehensive knowledge on-the-latest developments in dispute resolution, with respect to construction disputes, and a full understanding of how ICC and FIDIC respond to the needs of the international construction industry.

This joint initiative with FIDIC and ICC allows both of these internationally renowned organizations to unite members from their respective networks during a high-level conference on construction and dispute resolution.
